NOTICE FROM THE MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS RAILWAY RECRUITMENT BOARDS

1. In response to RRB Notices dated 13.04.2023 and 21.04.2023, several applicants registered queries/complaints through Help Desk claiming that their Bank Account Details, etc. had already been filled out/updated by someone else.
2. All such applicants who have raised their queries/complaints through Help Desk will receive an email including a format of Bank Accounts Details. Candidates will also be notified by SMS about the email.
3. All such candidates are asked to respond to the email as soon as possible with the relevant bank account credentials in the format.
4. RRBs will not be held liable for any subsequent failure to refund due to erroneous information provided by candidates and will not consider any correspondence in this regard.
